Detroit Preview: Mini Countryman Paceman The Concept Of Reducing The Extra Doors

How many ministers are too many? Mini is about to learn that its product portfolio is growing faster than the size of a jilted lover. The tailgate (back) all started and convertible, followed shortly afterwards have since been joined by Clubman wagon and crossover Countryman, WRC and the Dakar Rally versions, walking speed and the cut and over in the production pipeline. But that does not even take into account some of the concept of derivatives that are not (yet) made the production, and it later.

Paceman called, it is primarily a Countryman least some doors. It is set to be unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show in January as a concept car, but could very well go to the production well. Taking a page from its playbook parent BMW, Mini Paceman call a "Sports Activity Coupe" (a bit like the BMW X6) and argues that it is the first of its kind in the premium segment small. A "first" is quite easy to achieve when you set the category itself, but to our eyes with its sloping roof Paceman White seems to assume the likes of the three-door Range Rover recall, but smaller.
Under the hood, the Mini JCW installed the turbo four is 211 horsepower, coupled to the system is used for traction All4 Countryman. Officially Official: 2012 Ford C-Max Presents "mini" To "minivan"

A few days after the Paris Motor Show, we were able to enjoy the Grand C-Max, the latest Euro-spec Ford MPV to North American soil. Other markets around the world are ripe for these mini-van, but here in the U.S., the only C-segment MPV Mazda5 option is very nice. The long wheelbase C-Max will calculate the nomenclature "Grand" when it arrives here in North America, and the public gets its first taste of the 2011 Ford to the Auto Show in Detroit.

Ford C-Max calls the seating configuration "five plus two", which means that the interior design is best suited for five passengers and two rear seats are more used in small people. What's more, Ford offers a unique storage solution for the middle row second seat, when it is folded down and stowed below the bottom of the pillow, behind the passenger-side chair will create a set of two posts of master in the process (see video here). The interior of the remaining C-Max is very similar to what we have seen the 2012 Focus, and we are very impressed with the quality craftsmanship FoMoCo is putting his last period houses.

Perhaps the most interesting feature of the 2012 C-MAX is its hands-free door. Much more than a passive entry system, the driver's door, which is the C-Max is a key chain on their person can simply shake their legs on the rear bumper, start the two sensors that will open the door. It 'pretty slick, and Ford says that this technology will make its way to me most of the volumes produced.

Powertrain Bottom C-Max is Ford's 2.5-liter inline four is Fusion. Fiat 500 Art Car Exhibitalia





We would not have taken something like the Art Basel festival in Miami Beach as a showcase for the normal car, but after his car Tesla and art Maybach spearhead the initiative of the sculpture, Fiat became the third manufacturer of strut their stuff at the party from 2,000 artists from around the world.

Fiat Exhibitalia screen was a four-day event, with several famous artists and two groups of students at the University of Miami for its 500 children of their "inspiration and canvas to create their works. Some have created pieces inspired by the sixteenth century, some use the basket, and you could also use the entire car, turning it into an 'art best car BMW could be anything you throw at it. All New 2011 Nissan Leaf

 Body Shapes, Trim Levels And Options 

The 2011 Nissan Leaf is an all-electric sedan with four doors available on the levels of SV and SL.


Standard equipment on the SV includes alloy wheels, 16 inch, LED headlamps, keyless ignition / entry, full power accessories, cruise control, automatic climate control, driver seat height adjustment, tilt and direction 60 / 40-split-folding rear seats. Also included upholstery fabric made from recycled materials, auto-dimming rearview mirror, Bluetooth, an advanced onboard computer, navigation system and audio system with CD player, six speakers, satellite radio, an audio file and a auxiliary iPod / USB audio interface.


Journal of the SL adds a solar panel mounted on the bumpers, automatic headlights, fog lights, rear camera and cover the load.


In addition, each sheet comes with Nissan connection, remote vehicle access to the data reports battery and can allow climate control through a cell phone. Optional is a home and fast loading cargo from the port, which charges a 80 percent capacity in 30 minutes in a public charging station.



Powertrain & Performance

Front seat offers enough space for truck drivers, and the seats themselves are quite sturdy and comfortable, even if the vehicle for short-range, thanks to that they would never get to enjoy while traveling by road over long distances. The cargo area is small in volume, however, and even if you fold the rear seats, the load floor is not flat.


Sheet cabin is dominated by a scoreboard on two levels similar to the Honda Civic. The control panel has a touch screen center, which controls the standard navigation system, and special features such as cruise lines. You can even set the start time for the charging system to take advantage of lower electricity rates. interior quality is almost the same as other economy sedans, but in general, and the ending is definitely a step forward

Driving Impressions 

Any person driving, or at least was next to a hybrid that is silent when operating in electric-only mode. It may be strange or cold, depending on your point of view. 2011 Nissan with the blade, never leaves his serenity, and can detect a high-pitched ringing in heavy gases. This quiet creates the undesirable side effect of wind noise and more sensitive way to highway speeds, but overall the movie is awesome silence.





As an electric car, the pedal Leaf benefits from an abundance of torque available from the first touch of the accelerator. Leaf feels alive and gets up to speed without drama - as an urban runabout, it certainly excels. Press the brakes and the pedal is firm and sure, without a little weird, vague feeling characteristic of most brake systems.


Its battery is installed in a small frame and well-tuned electric power steering, we are pleasantly surprised at how the Leaf alternately. Its capacity is typical of that observed in other well-designed cars family compact, and most of the way, Leaf seems normal enough to drive.

porsche Panamera S Hybrid



The upcoming Panamera will borrow the hybrid hardware found in the current Cayenne S Hybrid. That means it will sport a 329-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 engine mated to a 46 hp electric motor. Like the Cayenne S Hybrid, the Panamera's parallel hybrid setup boasts the ability to operate at low speeds under electric power alone. When the production Panamera S Hybrid takes to the streets in 2011, it will become the company's second model to sport a hybrid powertrain, a remarkable achievement considering that few people associate Porsche with fuel efficiency. Introducing the Cayenne S Hybrid, Porsche also offers the first production car in the range able to run under electric power alone. With maximum output of 380 hp, the Cayenne S Hybrid makes do in the NEDC cycle with just 8.2 ltr/100 km (equal to 34.5 mpg imp), and CO2 emissions reduced to a mere 193 g/km. This hybrid technology will also be featured in the future Panamera S Hybrid due to enter the market next year.

In the test process, these three electric Boxsters are to provide an initial first important insight into new electric drive components and battery systems for all-electric vehicle drive. upcoming BMW X3 2010

The second production BMW X3 and the SUV are finally released. They will be officially launched at the future Paris Motor Show this October 2010. The mid-sized BMW SUV keeps its same position in the BMW hierarchy by slotting in carefully between the small hatchback sized X1 and the Range Rover sized X5 SUVs. As usual, it blends in both the new X1 and X5 looks and is a well-known shape with all the newest BMW styling cues particularly that new superior, nostrils blunder... kidney grill on its edge and the Hoffmeister curve at the C-pillars (or D-pillars since its an SUV). It looks a little better than the earlier X3 but it is still not something I would go crazy over.
The main Feature are that It is now boasts and extra 78mm in length (now 4648mm). It is slightly narrower, which is surprising (4mm less and now 1855mm) and 14mm taller at 1675mm. It also sports a 15mm longer wheelbase (now 2810). The rear door apertures are larger so that big people have easier access (I don't know how bad the rear access could be on the previous as the X3 wasn't exactly that tiny in the first place) and the boot, has a 70liter increase in capacity (550liters).
The interior now boasts a new dashboard, multi-function steering wheel, new seats and better trim. According to BMW, it will be on par with the BMW 3 series and they also hope that the interior will not be criticized like the earlier model. Actually, BMW needs to buck up in the interiors of their cars. Two weeks ago I sat in an X1 and i was pretty appalled by the very noticeable lack of quality in the materials used.
This second generation X3 will have a newly designed double wishbone front suspension and variable damping absorbers. The suspension system will have the BMW Dynamic Control System which also controls the throttle response, engine mapping (for power or economy) and steering response.
The new X3 will be exclusively four wheel drive, and the entry-level 181bhp, 2.0-litre manual X3 xDrive20d will offer combined economy of 50.4mpg and CO2 emissions of 149g/km. BMW will also introduce the new X3 with a 302bhp, 3.0-litre, turbocharged straight six petrol in the range topper, the X3 xDrive35i. The diesel will come standard six-speed manual gearbox or an optional ZF-engineered eight-speed automatic. The 3.0 turbo xDrive35i will get the auto as standard, allowing it to hit 62mph in 5.7sec and a 152mph top speed. It will also return a claimed 32.1mpg and emit 204g/km of CO2. Both X3s will have standard stop-start function and operate in combination with a brake energy recuperation system. The X3 will also have a new electric power steering system for extra fuel saving. This feature may rob the X3 of steering feel as most electric steering somehow does this.

Finally the new BMW M3 GTS gets the green light and is ready after the test on the Track. It is not your "every-day" M3. The car is an improved version ofM3 and is the fastest M3 ever produced by BMW . The limited edition is powered by powerful v8 engine, exclusive tunning of the 7-speed Manual Dual clutch Transmission with drive-logic and modified suspension technology producing 331 kW/450 bhp at 8,300 rpm, which is 22 kW/30 bhp more than previous M3 . The improved version of M3 accelerates from 0 to 100km/hr in just 4.4 seconds and reaches the 1000 meter mark  from standstill in just 22.5 seconds and can attain a top speed of 305 km/hr. maximum torque has been increased to 440 Nm which is 40 Nm more than the previous M3 at 3,750 RPM

New 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS




This is the 3,020-pound Porsche GT2 RS. ThE IMPROVED 911 GT2 RS has 3.6-liter, six-cylinder boxer engine that is twin-turbocharged with variable turbine geometry exclusive to Porsche that drives the rear wheels via 6 speed gearbox, producing 620 horsepower and is considered to be the most powerful road-going Porsche ever built in the history of Porsche. It is an improved version ,producing 90 more horsepower than previous edition, thus pushing 154 pounds less weight. The powerful machine goes from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds, 0 to 124 mph in just 9.8 seconds, and 0-187 mph in 28.9 seconds and has Top speed of 205 mph with 7:18 ring time.
As stated above this model is an improved version of an older 911 GT2 RS                       and it gives 5%  better fuel economy. this new machine is just 0.3 second slower than Porsche turbo s.
